I was skeptical at first of Voyabarefoot because I had never heard of them before but the shoes looked really cute and for buy one get one free I thought well let me try it. Shipping time was maybe I think three weeks a little bit more. I was starting to get worried that maybe I was scammed but they came. And they were both super cute. There was a bit of an issue that I had and I emailed customer service and I was expecting a two or three day delay in getting an answer but I was pleasantly surprised when they answered my email almost immediately. I think within like an hour or so of my sending it.
They stated that they wanted pictures of the shoes which I happily sent to verify that they hadn’t been worn or used. And again within I think an hour or so of getting that email they responded once again and they resolved The issue I was having. I was blown away by their customer service department. They answered and they didn’t delay at all and rectified the situation immediately. I was just, and I still am amazed by how great their customer service department is.
So Voyabarefoot is a company that you can trust. You may have to wait a couple weeks for the delivery of the shoes but once You get them you will be pleasantly surprised at how cute they are and any issues that you may have just know that customer service will respond to you immediately I’m not leave you waiting for days for an answer.
These are very cute, but make the tips of my toes ache. It could be the fact that my toes are long and I tend to walk with a forward tilt. Nonetheless, definitely would buy this style in a size larger. I usually wear a 8.5 in most styles and makes of shoes. I would go with a size 9 next time. Other than that issue, quite comfy.
I didn't realize these shoes have holes in the bottom and in the liner. I like to walk in the rain but can't with these shoes.
Other than that they are great. Size is true, colour is exact to pictures.
Wore them to work as a joke, but they became my everyday shoes. My posture felt better, and coworkers kept asking where I bought them.
