When my order arrived, my husband's shoes were a little small so I contacted the company to arrange a return/ exchange. I have to say the customer service experience was one of the best I ever encountered. Company responses were prompt, and polite with follow ups to ensure I was satisfied. The best part is the shoes are so comfortable! I will most likely be ordering more and would recommend them to anyone.
I received the shoes today. They fit better than the other ones I ordered. However, if I had tried them on before buying, I definitely would not have purchased them.
I can see they’re very much like walking barefoot which feels good! I would prefer to have them wider, although the length is good. I will be keeping them and continue to make them be more comfortable.
This is the first time I’ve purchased these shoes and I really like them. I walk outside year round so I hope they are just as comfortable in colder weather.
These are really great, just have some issues with moisture (other option is not being breathable, so have to deal), do get some issues when walking on concrete for a long time, & I did make the mistake of getting white shoes! 🤦♀️ Otherwise, they are great, quick shipping, true to size, very comfy.
I have very wide feet, often having to buy men's tennis shoes, which do not offer such beautiful colors. I have finally found a company that makes my EEE & EEEE wide feet comfortable. In addition, the soles are slip proof, and this is important to those of us getting older who may not be so nimble anymore.
First off, I would like to address their customer service.
Absolutely outstanding.
Secondly, the delivery was quick, and the shoes were packaged carefully,
Last, but not least, the shoes fit perfectly. they are so comfortable. My feet are starting to respond, and my neuropathy is subsiding. and i've only been wearing them about a month
